Is Truth ugly ?

When there are uncertainties,
You want to know the truth..
Some will use all kinds of methods to reveal the truth..
When Truth reveals……….
They simply could not take it,
They loss control,
They became superfluous emotional,
They act emotionally,
Things get worsen..
Result may turn from sour to bitter…

So for me,
If one had chosen to know the truth,
Before truth is revealed….
Be prepared… not for better but for worse…..

Whatever happened, had happen,
It Cannot be undone,
There is only one way…… to accept and move on
We just need to learn and move on with our life.

Afterall, Things happen for a reason.
Things always happen for a reason.
Who knows what road lies ahead of us?
Who knows what future is ahead of us?
There are always uncertainties..
Just move on………

On our way home from dinner last night, hubby told the kids about a news from newspaper. A mental illness guy took a hammer and whack 3 children in a kindergarten. The 3 were injured and sent to hospital. Luckily still alive.

And Ed raised his question.

Ed : What is mental illness ?
Dad : like people that has narrow minded.. bla bla bla….
Ed : Why people will have mental illness ?
Dad : Well, there are a lot of reasons.
Ed : Ok. Tell me one or two.
(Me : laughing by myself …)
Dad : 1 or 2 ?
Ed : yes, tell me 1 or 2 examples.
Dad : bla bla bla…..
Ed : Then, what is the second one ?

Isn’t he cute ?

This year, my neighbours insisted that we should all put up more lightings in our garden and on the trees outside our compound to create the atmosphere of CNY.

Although we were busy with our daily work and house chores… these neighbors don’t only talk… they will help you buy and fix all the lightings for you. All you need…. is just to open your mouth and say “Yes, pls help to buy and decorate”. Immediately… one will go buy and the “Engineers” will come to your house and fix them. Cool….. ~~~ isn’t it ??

The one with the tree is my house… I was surprised to see my neighbors decorating my tree when I reached home one evening… cas I didn’t know hubby had asked them to do so.

I guess, next year, they should all cooperate and put up lights criss-cross the lamp post… that will be nice ~~

On the 6th day of CNY…. that was yesterday… first day of work for hubby. Me? 3rd day of work.
Our kids are still on holiday.. sent them to MIL house.

As usual… they’re freed from the parents’ nagging and punishment….. so, they played all out. Putting away all the “safety” and “discipline”…… jumping up and down… climbing up and down…. very active and happy…..

What happened ? Accidents occur…… lor…..

Edmund fell from sofa edge and hit on glass coffee table… his right face bang on the table…. the impact was too big….. the edge of his mouth split. Bleeding non stop…. that was when hubby and me about to go to MIL house right after work.

Didn’t know that it was torn apart from the phone call… Ed was very afraid to even talk to me on the phone as he knew he’d not listened and that cause the incident…. When we reached, he hid himself in the kitchen… We did not scold him of course… rather immediately took him to clinic. Luckily… out of 3 clinics.. 1 was in open for business… He was only given dressing and a jap. No stitches as doc said that the flesh is still close together though it is torn. It will heal back by itself… but leaving a definite scar…

Hubby was very moody when heard of the scar…. Somehow MIL managed to calm him down.

Later last night at about 10:30pm… (4.5hrs later), Ed vomited and he is having hay fever now… we’ll need to take him to other doc. We’d changed 4 times of dressing cas the cotton was full of blood… it seems the bleeding did not really stop.

The dark color at the center…. is blood…. the tearing was just right at the edge of his lips.

Did he learn his lesson, anyway ? …….. Sigh…. kids.

Today is the 2nd time I made my kids dinner since Sept last year. I didn’t really make anything thou. Just boil them ABC soup and fried vegetarian ham for burger.

Soup ingredients was bought for me by my neighbor 2 weeks ago. Burger bun was given by my neighbor yesterday. So….. just utilizing whatever I have in the kitchen as I’m lazy to take them out for dinner.

Ingredients I used today:
1) vegetarian ham
2) raw cabbage
3) raw onion
4) mozzarella cheese
5) tomato sauce and mayonaise
6) burger bun spread with butter and fried a bit on the fying pan

Ed enjoying his vege ham burger.

My ABC soup without meat but beans as substitute. Nmm….. yummy !!!

Ernest got excited after he learnt how to cycle with his big bike last Dec..
Then he started to cycle whatever bike he found in the house….
This bike is not easy to manouver…. It needs skill as it’s real small. One needs a good balance to ride on it.
